The company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/facebook-employees-are-more-willing-to-leave-exodus-recruiters-say-2021-11\" data-analytics-module=\"body_link\">is said to be facing a potential exodus<\/a> after a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/mark-zuckerberg-scandals-last-decade-while-running-facebook-2019-12\" data-analytics-module=\"body_link\">series of crises.<\/a><br \/>Staff provided overwhelmingly favorable responses to a section defined as, \u00ab\u00a0what everyone at Facebook thinks about their direct managers\u00a0\u00bb with categories such as people (84% favorable responses), collaboration (83%), and team impact (85%).<br \/>The responses were less favorable in sections about how employees felt about Facebook, and how they felt about their personal experience at the company.<br \/>A second section, measuring \u00ab\u00a0what everyone at Facebook thinks about the company,\u00a0\u00bb received 65% favorable responses, down 2 percentage points from the previous survey earlier in 2021.<br \/>A third section, defined as \u00ab\u00a0what everyone at Facebook thinks about their personal experience,\u00a0\u00bb received 61% favorable responses, up 1% compared to the previous half.<br \/>\u00ab\u00a0Feedback is a core part of our culture and we routinely conduct internal surveys among employees so we can learn where we&rsquo;re doing well or where we need to improve,\u00a0\u00bb a company spokesperson said. \u00ab\u00a0In areas where we&rsquo;ve seen declines, we hear our employees, we&rsquo;re taking their feedback seriously and most importantly taking action.\u00a0\u00bb&nbsp;<br \/><em><strong>Do you work at a major tech company or have insight to share?
