Uber&rsquo;s values included \u00ab\u00a0always be hustlin&rsquo;,\u00a0\u00bb but that was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/changes-uber-is-making-to-its-company-2017-6\" data-analytics-module=\"body_link\">replaced in 2017<\/a> along with other controversial values. Google&rsquo;s motto was \u00ab\u00a0don&rsquo;t be evil,\u00a0\u00bb until the company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/google-downgrades-dont-be-evil-2018-5\" data-analytics-module=\"body_link\">downgraded<\/a> the phrase. Facebook&rsquo;s \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/mark-zuckerberg-on-facebooks-new-motto-2014-5\" data-analytics-module=\"body_link\">move fast and break things<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb was also changed in 2014.<br \/>Nowadays, the social-media company is facing a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/facebook-employees-are-more-willing-to-leave-exodus-recruiters-say-2021-11\" data-analytics-module=\"body_link\" data-analytics-post-depth=\"40\" data-uri=\"497a5cd707d1ad874aa0f3fee0745463\">potential exodus<\/a>&nbsp;after a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/mark-zuckerberg-scandals-last-decade-while-running-facebook-2019-12\" data-analytics-module=\"body_link\" data-analytics-post-depth=\"40\" data-uri=\"da7985940f33e2fd452e6c6c94f9ae13\">series of crises<\/a>. Results of Meta&rsquo;s latest employee survey, viewed by Insider, showed that employees were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/internal-facebook-survey-shows-staff-losing-confidence-in-leadership-meta-2021-11\" data-analytics-module=\"body_link\">losing confidence<\/a> in leadership, and that fewer than half intended to stay.<br \/>Instagram, meanwhile, has been subject to recent US government scrutiny about how the social-media app <a href=\"https:\/\/markets.businessinsider.com\/news\/stocks\/facebook-exec-defends-policies-toward-teens-on-instagram-10582942\" data-analytics-module=\"body_link\">affects teen health<\/a>. The company&nbsp;didn&rsquo;t respond to a request for comment.<br \/>Instagram&rsquo;s product principles, according to the document:<br \/>It&rsquo;s unclear exactly how the product principles have evolved over time.
