Shares of Arista Networks Inc.          <a data-track-hover=\"QuotePeek\" data-charting-symbol=\"STOCK\/US\/XNYS\/ANET\" class=\"qt-chip positive\" href=\"\/investing\/stock\/ANET?mod=MW_story_quote\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ANET,         <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/206966450\/composite\" class=\"positive\">+0.36%<\/bg-quote><\/a>        are up 4.3% in Tuesday trading, while shares of Cisco Systems Inc.          <a data-track-hover=\"QuotePeek\" data-charting-symbol=\"STOCK\/US\/XNAS\/CSCO\" class=\"qt-chip negative\" href=\"\/investing\/stock\/CSCO?mod=MW_story_quote\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CSCO,         <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/209509471\/composite\" class=\"negative\">-5.51%<\/bg-quote><\/a>        are up 1.9%, with both seen as potential beneficiaries.<br \/>\u201cThis is a very positive read for Arista as Facebook is one of the two cloud titans that account for a large portion of Arista revenue,\u201d Evercore ISI analyst Amit Daryanani wrote in a note to clients. \u201cThis is also a positive for Cisco, to a lesser extent, as we think they may gain some share at Facebook in the 2022\/23 time frame.\u201d<br \/>Wells Fargo\u2019s Aaron Rakers agreed that Arista could benefit from Facebook\u2019s heightened spending as the company has been Arista\u2019s second-largest customer after Microsoft Corp.          <a data-track-hover=\"QuotePeek\" data-charting-symbol=\"STOCK\/US\/XNAS\/MSFT\" class=\"qt-chip positive\" href=\"\/investing\/stock\/MSFT?mod=MW_story_quote\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MSFT,         <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/207732364\/composite\" class=\"positive\">+0.63%<\/bg-quote><\/a>       <br \/>Facebook has come in a few billion dollars below its capital-expenditure forecasts in recent years, according Rakers, though he still sees the company\u2019s commentary as \u201cone notable positive derivative data point as it relates to cloud capex spending trends into next year.\u201d<br \/>He was also encouraged by Facebook\u2019s commentary around its plans to spend up on solutions that help with artificial intelligence, a trend that could help Nvidia Corp.          <a data-track-hover=\"QuotePeek\" data-charting-symbol=\"STOCK\/US\/XNAS\/NVDA\" class=\"qt-chip positive\" href=\"\/investing\/stock\/NVDA?mod=MW_story_quote\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NVDA,         <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/200467500\/composite\" class=\"positive\">+8.25%<\/bg-quote><\/a>       <br \/>\u201cRecently a semiconductor industry analyst had noted that Facebook would be going \u2018<em>all in<\/em>\u2018 on NVIDIA GPUs vs. using Intel\u2019s Habana solutions, while also noting that it expects to deploy Intel\u2019s <em>Mount Evans <\/em>IPUs (Infrastructure Processing Units) potentially in every server,\u201d Rakers wrote. <br \/>He added that the company\u2019s discussion \u201cshould be considered a positive for the overall server CPU market\u201d but that it\u2019s particularly interesting in light of \u201ccontinued expectations that AMD could announce Facebook as a new meaningful customer with its third generation EPYC <em>Milan <\/em>CPUs going forward.\u201d<br \/>Nvidia shares are up 6.3% in Tuesday\u2019s session, and the company passed the $600-billion market-capitalization threshold for the first time in intraday trading. Shares of Advanced Micro Devices Inc.          <a data-track-hover=\"QuotePeek\" data-charting-symbol=\"STOCK\/US\/XNAS\/AMD\" class=\"qt-chip positive\" href=\"\/investing\/stock\/AMD?mod=MW_story_quote\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AMD,         <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/208144392\/composite\" class=\"positive\">+2.43%<\/bg-quote><\/a>        are up 1.0%. <br \/>Facebook\u2019s outlook also bodes well for storage companies, several analysts said.
