Four people are in custody following gunfire in Tarrant that reportedly started over a Facebook post.
No one was injured, but police confiscated four weapons including an AR-15, according to a post on the department’s Facebook page.
Police responded at 10:43 p.m. Sunday to a report of shots fired near Green Street. Further investigation led officers to a second scene where officers located the suspects in possession of firearms and narcotics.
In addition to the AR-15, police recovered three 9 mm handguns and marijuana.
The identities of the suspects have not been released, but authorities said two are being held in the Tarrant City Jail pending felony warrants and two others are being held on warrants from other agencies.
Investigators said the suspects were involved in a dispute regarding a Facebook post.
